- Order details (clothes size, shoe sizes)
- Payment information – we DO NOT store your card details. All payments are securely processed by our payment partner Paystack.

- To process and deliver your order to you nationwide.
- To communicate with you about your order via WhatsApp or email
- To improve our boutique and website experience
- For legal and tax records (as required by South African law)
3. How we share your information:
We only share your information with trusted partners necessary to run our business.
- Paystack: To securely process payments
- Courier Companies (Paxi, Courier Guy, Aramex): To deliver your order – we only share your name, phone number and delivery address
- We will never sell your personal information to other companies
4. Paystack and Payment Security:
Your card payments are encrypted and handled directly by Paystack (a licenced payment provider). We never see or store your full card number or CVV.
