We offer FREE delivery on ALL orders. No minimum, no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
1. Processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive a WhatsApp message / email when your order is ready for dispatch.
2. Delivery Times:
- Witbank and Surrounding Areas: 1-2 business days after dispatch. Local delivery.
- Rest of South Africa: 2-5 business days after dispatch via our courier partners (Paxi / Courier Guy / Aramex).
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or courier delays.
3. How much is delivery:
R0. It’s FREE. We have included delivery in our product pricing because we hate extra checkout fees too.
4. Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp / Email so you can track your parcel.
5. What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and resend or refund your order.
6. Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
